All Feagar products purchased through official channels or authorized resellers are covered by a limited warranty as outlined below. By using a Feagar product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this limited warranty.

 



1. Warranty Coverage Period

The warranty begins on the date of original purchase by the end user and remains valid for the period specified below:

  • New Products: 12 months

  • Repaired or Replacement Products: The longer of the original warranty period or 30 days

You must submit your warranty claim within 15 business days of discovering a defect.

 



2. How to Make a Warranty Claim

a) For Offline Purchases

Contact the store or distributor where you purchased the item. They will assist you with your warranty claim.

b) For Online Purchases

If you purchased through our official website or an authorized online reseller, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at feagar.service@outlook.com. Please include:

  • Your order number or purchase receipt

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Visible proof of the problem (e.g., photos or videos)

We will respond within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Step 2: Return Instructions
Once your product is confirmed defective, we will provide return packaging and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Resolution
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will:

  • Replace it with a new or factory-refurbished unit of equal value, or

  • Offer a partial refund based on the product’s usage time, if a replacement is unavailable

Note: Additional proof of purchase (e.g., payment confirmation or shipping record) may be required. Claims cannot be processed for products beyond their warranty period.

 



3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products without valid proof of purchase

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Items outside the warranty period

  • Non-quality-related issues (e.g., personal preference, accidental orders)

  • Free promotional items

  • Unauthorized repairs or third-party service

  • Damage from external sources (e.g., drops, water, extreme temperatures)

  • Damage from misuse or non-compliance with instructions

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic wear, battery aging)

  • Delivery issues due to incorrect shipping information

  • Purchases made from unauthorized resellers



4. Limitation of Liability

Feagar is not responsible for:

  • Damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow the user manual

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, equipment damage, financial loss)

  • Fraudulent or abusive warranty claims



5. Final Interpretation

Feagar reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this warranty policy.
